We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fill your request.
Personally Identifiable Information collected by Us is securely stored and not accessible to third parties or Our employees for use as directed above.
We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described in this policy, and for as long as we have your permission to keep it. In any event, we will conduct an annual review to evaluate whether we need to keep your data. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it in accordance with the terms of our Data Retention Policy. Our Data Retention Policy is as follows: If you unsubscribe from our email list, we will remove your name from our mailing list. If you are a customer and have not purchased a second package we will remove your account information from our website after five years.

We use industry standard 3rd party providers (i.e. MailChimp, Paypal, Stripe, Easy Digital Downloads, etc.) to voluntarily gather personal information and accept payment information from our users and we are not responsible for any security issues that may occur from the use of these providers.
We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For example, to keep track of your preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include personal information. Email List Subscribers
We use MailChimp, a professional secure, notable and industry-standard email marketing company that allows us to track interaction, manage unsubscribes and access our data for lawful compliance.
Everyone who subscribes is on this list because they opted into the list of their own accord. However, you are also free to unsubscribe (opt out) whenever you like. ON the emails I send you from MailChimp, you will see a button at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe.
If you unsubscribe, you will never be contacted again from this site, for any reason, with these exceptions:
- You purchased a product and are being sent an update
- You sent us an email requiring an answer
- As required by law such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When I believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
We work with Easy Digital Downloads to handle transactions, and they integrate with PayPal and Stripe to collect payment, and Gravity Forms to collect the color preference information that we need to fulfill our consulting orders. We store your color preference information and your paid custom reports for a minimum of one year in Dropbox.com (a secure cloud storage service) in case you would like to retrieve the information, or if you request for us to delete the information.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, security code). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill you orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. We do not keep any financial information such as credit cards, for our protection and yours.
Surveys and Contests
Occasionally our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and awarded prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the usability and customer satisfaction for the website.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
We may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

Correcting, Updating and Deleting Your Personal Information

We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable information from Our Site’s database by contacting michelle @ the color concierge .com, through the Contact Us page on Our Site, or at the snail mail address at the bottom of this Policy Statement. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
