The homeowner of this property came to us to update his home’s exterior, which featured large sections of warm stone.

He wasn’t sure he liked the stone, but given how expensive it would be to replace, he wanted an exterior color palette that would complement what was already there, and make his home look more cohesive.

Sherwin-Williams Rosemary was the perfect option, and this home is now a fantastic example of a dark green house, that just might inspire an exterior paint project of your own.

Iron Ore is a soft black paint color that’s super versatile. It adds sophistication and drama no matter where you use it, as an exterior color palette like we’re sharing here, or as an interior accent color.

This color has invisible green undertones. There’s only been one time where Michelle has seen the undertones, and that was in a very bight, high-altitude location, where undertones can sneak up on you.

Otherwise, the undertones will be invisible in this dark paint color.

Plus it looks fabulous with red brick.

Benjamin Moore’s Revere Pewter is one of those pai

Benjamin Moore’s Revere Pewter is one of those paint colors that has been iconic for years.

It’s very similar to Sherwin-Williams’ popular Agreeable Gray, but frankly, we think it’s even better! Revere Pewter is crisper and cleaner, although darker than Agreeable Gray.

This color is going to work best in rooms with lots of natural or artificial light, and it can look a bit gloomy in cool light, much like many of the darker greige colors.
