Peppercorn from Sherwin-Williams is a soft charcoal paint color that we love using for exteriors. It's a truly neutral dark exterior color that's perfect for siding, dark trim and exterior doors.

Because this color is so neutral, it can pair with many other hues (like a colorful front door, for example). We love Moody Blue for the front door in this palette.

Repose Gray from Sherwin-Williams is a greige paint color and although it can show warmth with bright light conditions, it's really more on the cooler side.

The photos in this post are from one of our favorite Color Concierge projects with another historic home in Denver. What I love about this project is that it has rooms with North, South, East and West facing exposures, as well as examples with white trim and warm wood accents.
