Q: How do I order an E-Color Online Color Consulting Service?
Q: What will happen when I buy my E-Color Online Color Consulting Package?
Q: I bought my E-Color Color Consulting Package, but I haven’t received the automated questionnaire e-mail.
- Search your emails with “thecolorconcierge.com”, all mailboxes.
- Check your spam or junk folder to see if the e-mail is there. Make sure that you allow [email protected] through your email spam filters.
- Check to make sure that you are checking the same email account that you purchased the service with.
If you still can’t find the email, Contact Us through the website. We’ll get back to you within one business day.

Q: How long will the Color Concierge E-Color Custom Color Report be?

We do include one e-mail question after the report has been sent as part of the service.
Q: I forgot to add some details to the questionnaire. Can I e-mail them to you?
Q: Does the Color Concierge have a warranty or money-back policy?
E-Color Online Consultation purchases that do not complete the Welcome Email’s requirements (ie. complete questionnaire and send photos as per instructions, etc.) within 14 days get a refund of 50% of the purchase price if the refund request is received within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days no refund is available.
After you receive your consultation, if you are dissatisfied (other than personal preference), we will modify the color consultation once based on your feedback.
Once the consultation is complete we cannot provide a refund.

The key to using photos is that they need to be taken with natural light, in the middle of the day, without flash or artificial lighting.

Q: How do I schedule a color consultation?

Q: Do you have a minimum service or time for the consultation?
We set the minimum time for one hour, but the first consultation usually takes 90 minutes so that we can discuss the look and feel you want, survey your space, and make recommendations that will make your space cohesive .
The service depends on your likes and dislikes, so we ask that you be present.
We usually schedule a minimum of 90 minutes for the first consult and sixty minutes for later consults.
Q: What are the fees for an in-home color consultation?
What if I decide to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you reschedule, please reschedule within 24 hours so that we can fill the slot with another appointment.
What happens when I schedule and purchase an in-home consultation?
Before we travel to your site, we will call or email you for more information about your project. When we arrive on-site at the consultation, we work our magic! We tour the space, discuss your vision, listen carefully to your likes and dislikes and use our large color boards to show you what our recommendations would look like. We will take detailed notes and discuss our recommendations, and why. We send you a Custom Color report within 24 hours of our visit.
